“I don’t put on a therapist persona. You get me - - my goofy, energetic, at times sarcastic, always compassionate authentic self. That doesn’t mean I am not a professional or don’t take this work seriously because I am and I do. Life is just too short to not show up as myself.”
My passion is people - witnessing their stories and helping them connect with others in their life. I enjoy working with couples as well as individuals age 12 through adulthood, including teens and young adults.
After practicing in community mental health, I opened my solo practice, naming it Hope Unfolds Therapy because therapy is a journey back to a place of hope and belonging. It unfolds before us as you share the story of what brought you to this place. Our work together gives voice to the unmet needs and expectations that cause you pain or anxiety as well as the story you have yet to write, full of your truth and hope.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) in Washington State (#MG61238310). As a graduate of Antioch University Seattle (2021), I carry a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a concentration in Sex Therapy.
