Individual Therapy

Tweens. Teens. Young adults. Adults.
If you’re looking for some dedicated space
and time to talk about what’s not working
in your life, this is for you!

Perhaps you need a place to talk it out. Maybe there is healing to do from past wounds. Is it hard to be in your body? Do you struggle with identifying and sharing your emotional experience with others…or do your emotions drive the bus such that you are carried away or even out of control?

Let’s talk about what makes you uniquely you and the values you hold dear so you can stand tall in your truth with authenticity.

Relational Therapy

Couples. Parent-Child. Siblings. Besties.
It’s all connection to me.

Use this time to hash out a specific disagreement or a long-held point of pain. Learn how to communicate in a different way to facilitate future difficult conversations. Develop a unified approach to a scary or dissatisfying aspect of your relationship, whether it is feeling disconnected, difficulty expressing your needs and wants, preparing your teen for life as an adult, or just exploring the relationship you want with your person.

It’s your time together.
Let’s use it to make things better.

Sex Therapy

Desire Discrepancy. Sexual Functioning. Changing Bodies. Attraction & Identity.

It’s uncomfortable to broach these subjects in the company of most people, and I’ve got you! This is your brave, safe space to explore your concerns and questions about sexuality. No shock. No shame.

Fees

My fees are calculated off of my hourly rate. As is common in the helping field, I define an hour as 53 minutes.

  • $150 for 55-minute session

  • $225 for 80-minute session

  • $300 for 110-minute session

Please note that I require 24-hours notice of cancellation or there will be a late cancel/no-show fee equal to the cost of the session. A good faith estimate of expected charges is available upon scheduling a session or request.

Insurance

I do not bill or accept payment from any insurance plans, for a few reasons including:

  • Your privacy – when services are billed through insurance, insurance companies have access to your records.

  • Discretion with diagnoses – insurance companies require a diagnosis for reimbursement. Not all people attending therapy meet criteria for a clinical diagnosis, such as relationship issues, self-exploration, personal growth, and communication skills.

  • Your autonomy – insurance companies dictate session frequency and length as well as sometimes the type of therapy I provide.

I am happy to provide a receipt (called a superbill) that you can give to your insurance company for possible reimbursement through out-of-network coverage. I cannot, however, guarantee reimbursement. If this is of interest to you, please inquire directly with your carrier to confirm coverage and the reimbursement process/requirements.
